What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. STL is the most common format for 3D printing. If you only have a 2D drawing or idea sketch, contact us — we can sometimes help with basic modelling for straightforward parts.

How do I get a quote?

Simply submit a custom print request with your file and requirements (colour, quantity, any notes on tolerances or finish). We'll review it and email you a quote within 1-2 business days.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — we happily print single items. There's no minimum order. Whether it's one piece or fifty, we'll give you our best price.

Materials & Quality

What materials do you print in?

We print exclusively in PLA+ — a high-quality, eco-friendly filament that's great for display models, figures, and general use. It's available in a wide range of colours.

What colours are available?

We stock a wide selection of colours. When submitting your request, just let us know your preference and we'll confirm availability. Custom colour matches may be possible — just ask!

What's the maximum print size?

Our printers can handle parts up to approximately 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger objects can sometimes be split and joined — contact us to discuss your project.

How accurate are your prints?

Typical dimensional accuracy is ±0.2 mm. For functional or mechanical parts requiring tighter tolerances, let us know in your request and we'll advise on feasibility.

Orders & Delivery

How long does it take?

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval. Complex or large prints may take longer — we'll always give you an estimated timeline with your quote.
