Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK facility. Please allow the following processing times:

Ready-made products: 1-3 business days

Custom 3D print orders: Processing times vary by complexity. We will confirm timelines when we accept your order.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UK Shipping

We offer Standard Delivery (2-5 business days) and Express Delivery (1-2 business days) within the United Kingdom. Exact shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us at info@print3dee.co.uk. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@print3dee.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
